Year 1

Welcome to Year 1

We have two classes in Year 1  All classes have a Learning Assistant in the class in the morning to support with learning. The Year 1 staff and units of learning are listed below -

Year 1	Dragonflies Class		Teacher; Miss E Gray
Year 1	Bumblebees Class		Teacher; Miss N Amin
	Key Stage 1 Learning Assistants	Mrs Bruton, Ms Fox, Mrs Kandeeban, Ms Goff

Children learn in discrete subjects in Year 1. English and Maths is taught every day and then foundation subjects including History, Geography, Art, Design Technology, RE, Music, PE and PHSE are taught weekly.
